With a background in interior design and a strong attention to detail, Alerica is our Director of Operations who keeps everything running. Whether she is making sure our listings look their best, keeping our transactions on track, or developing a marketing project, she works hard to represent our clients to the highest level.
About Alerica
I felt an immediate sense of respect and family when I joined Dwell360 in 2012 and became a licensed real estate agent. I hope that all of our clients will feel that way as well.
Whether I’m staging a listing or touring a home with a buyer, I like to show people the potential in each home. I strive to present the best version of your property, and often just a few tweaks can enliven a home so that it will excite more buyers. In this way, I utilize my design skills differently at Dwell360 than I had expected when I earned a Master of Interior Design degree from Boston Architectural College. But selling residential real estate is so satisfying and offers so many wonderful opportunities to build relationships with people from all walks of life. With my design knowledge, my real estate experience earned over the past 12 years, and the values of hard work and dedication that I learned from my father, a business owner and real estate developer, I work to exceed your expectations and relieve your stress throughout the process of buying and selling a home.
From the moment I moved to Massachusetts almost 25 years ago, it has felt like home. I grew up in Central New Jersey, spending my summers on the Jersey Shore. I moved here to attend Boston College where I met my husband, also a NJ native, and we’ve never left! Over the years, we enjoyed everything Boston had to offer while we lived in Allston, Brookline, Jamaica Plain, and West Roxbury. Now we’re raising our children in Norwell on the South Shore, and I have developed a deep appreciation for wonderful communities of the Greater Boston Area.
