Once you think you have found the right home to purchase, you really learn how valuable the Dwell360 real estate team is. We will provide an analysis of the property, the market value, and discuss relevant information that will help you make a decision to move forward or move on.

The seller’s listing price

When a home is placed on the market, the seller has established an asking price as well as other terms. Essentially, this is an offer. At this point, you have three choices: accept the seller's offer and create a contract; reject it and not make an offer; or suggest different terms and make a counter-offer. If you choose the last option, the seller may accept, reject, or make a counter-offer.

No aspect of the home buying process is more complex or personal than the bargaining between buyers and sellers.

The importance of an experienced REALTOR®

This is the point where the value of an experienced REALTOR® is clearly evident because he or she will know the community, has seen numerous homes for sale, has watched local values, and has spent time negotiating real estate transactions.

The psychology of real estate

It is always a surprise to our clients when they see how many variables factor into a real estate transaction. But they learn very quickly that we have a process to handle every situation.

Our team understands people, knows how decisions are made, and can see what the solution might be. This perspective has been gained from being involved in a billion dollars of real estate negotiations. The result is a highly-skilled group of real estate agents who will protect your best interests while representing you.
