The final payments are due, the paperwork is signed, and the deed is recorded in your name. Then the home is all yours!
It’s yours!
Closing typically occurs within 2-3 months of an offer. On or just prior to the closing day, we will walk through the property with you to make sure that there are no issues. Then you will meet with your real estate attorney to sign the paperwork. The final down payment is due and the deed is delivered in your name to be recorded at the Registry of Deeds. Once the sale is on record with the county, it is time to move in! Please take a look at our moving guide for helpful information.
