Preliminary Buyer Consultation

The first time we talk, we will review your overall objectives in searching for a new property. We will spend time reviewing the buying process and clarifying how we assist in the process.

We always look forward to our first meeting with our prospective buyer clients. It is essential to get to know them and begin learning what is important to their search.

Understanding you

At this meeting, we will learn more about you, review your questions, and tailor a plan for your home search. We typically perform these meetings in-person at a convenient place to meet, although during the current health crisis we often conduct these meetings by way of video conference.

Learning your objectives

Regardless of whether you are looking for a home in the suburbs, something in the city, or even a beach house, we will review your overall needs and wants for a new home in Massachusetts. Our agents will also be interested in learning your budget and overall timeline.

Creating a custom plan

Once we have a better sense of your goals, we will tailor a plan to help you achieve them. At the end of our meeting clients always feel like they have a clear plan of how their search will move forward from that day.

Whether you are looking for a condo in Boston’s Back Bay, a single-family home in Newton, or an investment property in Framingham, we have experience and insight into the communities in and around Metro Boston that will help you buy and sell with confidence.
