Search Alerts!
Once we select your search criteria, an online account will be set up to inform you of current properties. Each day, you will be emailed updates on properties fitting your criteria directly from the Multiple Listing Service. You will have the ability to look at pictures, property details, and other important information.
The search will allow us to interact with each other and chat about the properties that fit your criteria. We will check into each house along the way and eventually develop a list of homes to see.
Off market listings
From time to time we know about homes that will be coming onto the market in the future or we learn of sellers who choose not to list their home on MLS. We will let you know about these off market opportunities as well. If they match your criteria, we’ve got you covered!
